Clarion was started by Canadian government-relations practitioners who were tired of monitoring tools that treat Canada as one jurisdiction among dozens. Canadian public affairs runs through Parliament Hill, Queen's Park, and hundreds of council chambers — in two languages — and tools that skim across borders miss most of it.

Our thesis is depth over breadth. Instead of covering everything thinly, we cover Canada kilometres deep: bills, registries, tenders, funding programs, and the municipal agendas where policy actually lands. We started where we have roots — Ontario and the cities around the GTA — and we are expanding province by province.

Transparency

Pricing is on the website. No demo gate, no “contact sales” wall in front of a number everyone in the industry already knows.

Depth

Federal monitoring is table stakes. The work happens in registries, procurement, and council chambers — so that is where we go.

Both languages

Canada legislates in English and French. A Canadian platform should work in both — interface, summaries, and search — not as an afterthought.

Stability

No forced migrations. No hostage data. Your exports work on your last day, too.
